Welcome to Maple Class!

We have lots of fun and exciting things to learn and explore this year!

To kit start Summer Term we will be delving into some fun and interesting topics. We will be developing our literacy skills through 2 books called ’Where the forest meets the sea' and 'Jungle Explorer' and in maths we will be learning lots about decimals and time. We will be exploring the Rivers and the water cycle in Geography, our science topic will be States of Matter and we will be developing our painting skills in art.

PE and Outdoor Learning:

Our PE sessions will be on MONDAYS and THURSDAYS but please ensure PE kits are always in school during term time. We will also be doing some outdoor learning this year so wellies and waterproof coats also need to be in school at all times.

I am really excited to continue to teach Maple class this year and can’t wait to share all of the learning and creativity we will experience along the way.
