Homework 2022 - 2023

This year, we have decided, as a staff, to trial a new way of providing homework for the children to explore and expand their knowledge. We have thought of ways to allow the children to engage in what is likely to interest them as opposed to being prescriptive each week. 

Please find, via the links, challenges and activities for the children to explore at their own pace and following their own interests. We have attempted to link the activities to different areas using the ideas of a  'Multiple Intelligence theory'. 

Each half-term, there will be a new activity sheet for children to select activities to complete. There will also be a date provided for when any produced work would need to be in for. Each class will attempt to present as much of the homework within the classroom across the half term as a celebration of the achievements and creativity of the children.

This homework grid is in addition to the basic non-negotiables of spellings, TT Rockstars and reading at least 3 times a week.
